Eastern Han
Eastern Han was an empire in North China (East Asia) that lasted from 25 to 220 CE, about 195 years. Its people spoke Chinese languages (Sinitic languages).
Liu Xiu restored the Han at Luoyang. Paper, the seismometer of Zhang Heng and the arrival of Buddhism date from this era; court eunuchs, the Yellow Turban revolt and warlords tore it apart.
