Bosporan Kingdom
Bosporan Kingdom was a state in Russia and the Steppe (Europe) that lasted from c. 480 BCE to 370 CE, about 849 years. Its people spoke Greek languages (Mycenaean, Classical, Hellenistic, Byzantine, modern Greek).
Greek cities on the Kerch Strait formed a kingdom around 480 BCE, and under the Spartocid dynasty shipped steppe grain to Athens. Later a Roman client, it fell to the Huns around 370.
