Second Chinese domination
Second Chinese domination was a colony in Vietnam (Southeast Asia) that lasted from 43 to 544 CE, about 501 years. Its people spoke Chinese languages (Sinitic languages).
Under the Han and the southern dynasties, Jiaozhou was governed directly from China and drawn into Chinese learning and Buddhism. Revolts were frequent, including Lady Trieu's in 248.
