Great Moravia
Great Moravia was a state in Central Europe (Europe) that lasted from c. 833 to 907 CE, about 74 years. Its people spoke Slavic languages (Russian, Polish, Czech, Serbian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian).
Mojmir I and Svatopluk built a Slavic realm across Moravia, Slovakia and Bohemia. Cyril and Methodius brought the Slavonic liturgy here in 863. Magyar attacks destroyed it around 907.
