Lebanon
Lebanon is a state in Levant (Middle East) that has existed since 1943 CE. Its people spoke Arabic languages (Arabic-speaking states).
Republic built on a sectarian power-sharing pact between Christians and Muslims. A civil war from 1975 to 1990, repeated wars between Israel and Hezbollah and a financial collapse in 2019 have shaped it since.
