Liao dynasty
Liao dynasty was an empire in Manchuria (East Asia) that lasted from 916 to 1125 CE, about 209 years. Its people spoke Mongolic languages (Mongol, Khitan, Oirat).
The Khitan empire founded by Abaoji, which ruled Manchuria, Mongolia and sixteen prefectures of north China with separate systems for nomads and Chinese. The Song paid it tribute, and the Jurchens destroyed it in 1125.
