Republic of Yemen
Republic of Yemen is a state in Arabia (Middle East) that has existed since 1990 CE. Its people spoke Arabic languages (Arabic-speaking states).
Unified Yemen survived a secession war in 1994. The Houthi movement seized Sanaa in 2014, and a Saudi-led intervention from 2015 produced one of the worst humanitarian crises of the century.
