Kenya
Kenya is a state in Swahili Coast and East Africa (Central and Southern Africa) that has existed since 1963 CE. Its people spoke Bantu languages (Kongo, Shona, Zulu, Swahili, Luba, Ganda).
Independent in 1963 under Jomo Kenyatta, Kenya was a one-party state from 1982 to 1991. Disputed elections in 2007 led to deadly violence and a new constitution in 2010.
