Rwanda
Rwanda is a state in Great Lakes (Central and Southern Africa) that has existed since 1962 CE. Its people spoke Bantu languages (Kongo, Shona, Zulu, Swahili, Luba, Ganda).
Hutu-led governments ruled from independence in 1962. In 1994 extremists killed about 800,000 Tutsi and moderate Hutu in a hundred days before the Rwandan Patriotic Front under Paul Kagame took power.
