Qing dynasty
Qing dynasty was an empire in North China (East Asia) that lasted from 1636 to 1912 CE, about 276 years. Its people spoke Tungusic languages (Jurchen, Manchu, Evenki).
The Manchu dynasty that took Beijing in 1644 and doubled China's territory under the Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong emperors. Opium wars, the Taiping rebellion and foreign concessions weakened it, and the 1911 revolution ended it.
