Ottoman Empire
Ottoman Empire was an empire in Anatolia (Middle East) that lasted from 1299 to 1922 CE, about 623 years. Its people spoke Turkic languages (Gokturk, Uyghur, Seljuk, Ottoman, Kazakh, Tatar).
From a small beylik in Bithynia the House of Osman built an empire on three continents, taking Constantinople in 1453 and most of the Arab world from 1516. It collapsed after defeat in the First World War.
