Almohad al-Andalus
Almohad al-Andalus was a colony in Iberia (Europe) that lasted from 1147 to 1238 CE, about 91 years. Its people spoke Berber languages (Numidian, Tuareg, Amazigh dynasties).
The Almohad caliphs from Morocco ruled Muslim Spain from Seville, where they built the Giralda. Defeat at Las Navas de Tolosa in 1212 opened the south to the Christian kingdoms.
