Sayyid dynasty
Sayyid dynasty was a state in Gangetic plain and Nepal (South Asia) that lasted from 1414 to 1451 CE, about 37 years. Its people spoke Arabic languages (Arabic-speaking states).
Founded by Khizr Khan, Timur's governor of Multan, who claimed descent from the Prophet. The Sayyids ruled little more than the country around Delhi until Bahlul Lodi took over.
