Territory of Hawaii
Territory of Hawaii was a colony in Polynesia (Oceania) that lasted from 1898 to 1959 CE, about 61 years. Its people spoke Germanic languages (Gothic, Frankish, English, German, Dutch, Norse).
Annexed by the United States in 1898, Hawaii became a plantation and military territory. Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 brought the United States into the Second World War, and Hawaii became the 50th state in 1959.
