Malwa Sultanate
Malwa Sultanate was a state in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Malwa (South Asia) that lasted from 1392 to 1562 CE, about 170 years. Its people spoke Iranian languages (Median, Persian, Parthian, Scythian, Sogdian, Pashto, Kurdish).
Founded by Dilawar Khan, Delhi's governor of Malwa, as the Tughlaqs collapsed. Its sultans filled the hill fortress of Mandu with palaces and mosques, and Akbar's armies took it from Baz Bahadur in 1561 to 1562.
