British Burma
British Burma was a colony in Burma (Southeast Asia) that lasted from 1826 to 1948 CE, about 122 years. Its people spoke Germanic languages (Gothic, Frankish, English, German, Dutch, Norse).
Britain annexed Burma in three wars ending in 1885 and ruled it as a province of British India until 1937. Rice from the Irrawaddy delta made it the world's largest rice exporter.
