Tran dynasty
Tran dynasty was a state in Vietnam (Southeast Asia) that lasted from 1225 to 1400 CE, about 175 years. Its people spoke Austroasiatic languages (Khmer, Mon, Vietnamese, Munda).
Led by the general Tran Hung Dao, Dai Viet defeated three Mongol invasions, the last at the Bach Dang River in 1288. Wars with Champa weakened the dynasty, and the regent Ho Quy Ly took the throne in 1400.
